MEBT/MEBO治疗大面积深度烧伤残余创面体会

目的:探讨MEBT／MEBO治疗大面积深度烧伤后期残余创面的疗效。方法:2003年1月-2005年1月,两年来,由外院转入我院40例大面积深度烧伤患者后期残余创面在院外应用干燥、湿敷、手术等方案疗效欠佳时,转入我院部分病例应用MEBT／MEBO进行临床试验,观察、分析疗效。结果:MEBT／MEBO组(治疗组)较非MEBT／MEBO组(对照组)疗程明显缩短,患者痛苦轻、愈合瘢痕少。结论:MEBT／MEBO为上皮的生长提供生理性环境,原位培植干细胞,且改变了细菌生长繁殖必需的条件和环境,防治感染,加速残余创面的愈合,减轻后期瘢痕。

Experience with MEBT/MEBO in treating residual wounds of extensive deep burn

Objective: To explore the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating residual wounds of extensive deep burn. Method: During the period from Jan 2003 to Jan 2005, 40 patients with residual wounds at the later stage of extensive deep burn were transferred to our hospital . They had previously been treated in other hospitals with dry or wet dressing therapy or subjected to operation, but the results were unsatisfactory . After entering our hospital, some patients were treated with MEBT/MEBO and some treated with other method. Result: Those treated with MEBT/MEBO cured quickly. The treating course was significantly shorter than those treated with other method. The patients had less pain and the wounds healed with fewer scars. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO provides a physiological environment for epithelial cell growth and in which stem cells can be cultivated in situ. The environment is no longer favorable to bacterial growth, so wound infection can be prevented. As a result, MEBT/MEBO facilitates the healing of residual wounds and lessens scar formation.
