玉洁栓的药效学实验研究

目的:观察玉洁栓的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用二甲笨所致小鼠耳廓肿胀法,角叉菜所致大鼠足趾肿胀法和大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型观察玉洁栓的抗炎作用。并采用热板法和醋酸扭体法研究玉洁检的镇痛作用。结果:①抗炎作用:玉洁栓能抑制角叉菜所致大鼠足趾肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成;能抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀;②镇痛作用:玉洁栓对小鼠醋酸扭体反应具有显著的抑制作用,能显著的提高小鼠热刺激的痛阈水平。结论:玉洁栓具有显著的抗炎、镇痛作用。

Experimental Study of Pharmacodynamics of Yujie Suppository

ObjectiveTo study the pharmacodynamics of Yujie suppository, which consists of the traditional Chinese medicine and medicinal herb inclnding borneol,sophora flavescens ait and So on. Methods The effects of Yujie suppository on the swelling, acestma and pain were observed according to the methods reported by the literature in the mice and rats. Results(1)Anti - inflammatory effect: Yujie suppository could inhibi the toe swelling produced by carageen and formation of acestoma Produced by absorbent cotton in the rats, and the auricle swelling produced by xylene in the mice.(2)Analgetic effect: Yujie suppository could inhibit the paiuful response induced by acetic add and the pain induced by hot plate in the mice. conclusion Yujie suppository has significantly anti - inflammatory, detumes-cence and analgetic effects.
