单纯性营养不良患儿胰腺内分泌功能的变化

摘    要:目的研究单纯性营养不良(PEM)患儿胰腺内分泌功能的变化。方法采用放射免疫分析法测定PEM患儿及对照组儿童空腹和摄入液体试验餐后60min外周血胰岛素、胰高血糖素、生长抑素(SS)及血糖水平。结果与对照组比较,观察组空腹及餐后60min胰岛素、胰高血糖素、胰岛素及胰高血糖素比值均明显降低,而SS水平则明显升高(P均<0.01);血糖水平,餐前明显降低(P均<0.01);餐后明显升高(P均<0.01)。两组餐后与餐前比较,胰岛素、胰高血糖素、SS、胰岛素/胰高血糖素比值和血糖水平均明显升高(P均<0.01)。结论PEM患儿存在明显胰腺内分泌紊乱,应引起重视。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of pancreatic endocrine function in children with protein-energy malnutrition(PEM).Methods The levels of insulin,glucagon,somatostatin(SS) and glucose were measured by radioimmunoassay 60 minutes after ingestion of test meal in 30 children with PEM and 20 age-sex matched healthy children.Results The preprandial and postprandial levels of insulin, glucagon, and the proportion of insulin and glucagon were lower than those of control group(P<0.01).However,the level of SS was higher(P<0.01),and the level of glucose significantly lower(P<0.01) in preprandial comparison and was significantly higher in postprandial comparison.Comparied with the preprandial levels, the postprandial levels of insulin and glucose as well as SS were higher(P<0.01) in PEM group, the same as in control group.Conclusion The function of pancreatic endocrine is disorder in children with PEM.
