339例疑似外生殖器人乳头瘤病毒感染基因分型检测及分析

目的：探讨疑似外生殖器人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染患者中基因型分布情况及临床意义。方法采用基因芯片分型技术检测339例疑似HPV感染者外生殖器皮损HPV21种亚型感染情况。结果共检出217例HPV阳性者。21种HPV亚型均有检出，共检出363例次。检出前三位的基因型为6型、11型、16型。不同性别患者HPV检测阳性率差异无统计学意义。单一HPV感染占62.67%，多重感染占37.33%，高危型以多重感染形式为主。女性多重感染率高于男性。21~50岁年龄段患者检出阳性者最多。结论疑似外生殖器HPV感染患者中HPV型别主要是低危型，高危型多以多重感染形式存在，性活跃人群阳性检出者最多。

HPV Genotype Detection in 339 Cases with Suspected Infection in External Genitals

Objective To investigate human papillomavirus (HPV) genotype in cases with suspected infection in external genitals and the clinical significance.. Methods Gene chip technology was applied in detecting HPV in 339 cases with suspected infection in ex-ternal genitals. Results Out of the 339 cases, 217 cases were detected out to be HPV positive;all the 21 HPV genotypes were detected, totally for 363 times;the first 3 genotypes in the detection were Type 6, Type 11 and Type 16;there existed no statistical difference in positive HPV detection between males and females;cases with HPV infection of single type took up 62.67%while cases with HPV in-fection of multiple types took up 37.33%;HPV infection of multiple types were the main part of high-risk infection and the infected rate of female was higher than that of male;the positive detection peak appeared at the age from 21 to 50. Conclusions The HPV genotypes in cases with suspected infection in external genitals are mainly low-risk;the high-risk infections usually exist in the form of multiple in-fections;the highest positive detection is mostly from sexually active population.
