摘    要:目的:比较输液泵持续恒温湿化与间断滴注式气道湿化对行气管切开颅脑疾病患者的气道湿化效果。方法77例行气管切开的颅脑疾病患者根据数字表法随机分为输液泵持续恒温湿化组(A组,n=40)和间断滴注式气道湿化组(B组,n=37)。比较两组气道湿化后血氧饱和度(SpO2)及动脉血氧分压(PaO2)水平,比较痰痂形成、刺激性咳嗽、呼吸道黏膜出血、肺部感染等并发症发生率及湿化程度。结果 A组气道湿化后SpO2、PaO2水平均明显高于B组(P<0.05);A组气道湿化后痰痂形成、刺激性咳嗽、呼吸道黏膜出血及肺部感染发生率均明显低于B组(P<0.05);A组气道湿化程度I度比例明显低于B组(P<0.05),而Ⅱ度比例明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论输液泵持续恒温湿化效果明显优于间断滴注式气道湿化,值得临床广泛应用。

Humidification Effects of Different Humidification Methods in Patient after Tracheotomy
Abstract:Objective To compare the airway humidification effects of constant temperature humidification with infusion pump and discontinuous dripping humidification in patients with cerebral diseases after tracheotomy. Methods 77 patients with cerebral diseases after tracheotomy were randomly divided into 2 groups:group A (constant temperature humidification with infusion pump, n=40) and group B (discontinuous dripping humidification, n=37);a comparison between the 2 groups was made in the levels of SpO2 and PaO2, in the occurrence of complications including sputum scab, irritable cough, respiratory mucosal hemorrhage and lung infection and as well as in the humidification degree. Results The levels of SpO2 and PaO2 in group A after airway humidification were much higher than those in group B (P<0.05) while the occurrence of complications in group A was much lower than that in group B (P<0.05);the ratio ofairway humidification degree I in group A was obviously lower than that in group B (P<0.05) while the ratio of degree II in group A was much higher than that in group B (P<0.05). Conclusions The effect of constant temperature humidification with infusion pump is much superior to that of discontinuous dripping humidification, and it is worthy of wide clinical application.
