超声内镜在胃肠间质瘤中的诊断价值

目的：探讨超声内镜检查在胃肠间质瘤诊治中的价值。方法对26例经我院超声内镜诊断并经病理或免疫组化确诊为胃肠间质瘤患者的超声内镜特征进行回顾性分析和归纳总结。结果肿瘤较大、边界不规整、溃疡形成、回声不均匀及高回声改变为恶性胃肠间质瘤常见的超声内镜特点，超声内镜诊断良恶性胃肠间质瘤与病理诊断的符合率为92.3％（24/26）。结论超声内镜可作为判断良恶性胃肠间质瘤的辅助诊断指标，对辅助临床早期治疗胃肠间质瘤具有一定参考价值。

The Value of Endoscopic Ultrasonography in Diagnosing Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors

Objective To explore the value of endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) in diagnosing gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). Methods A retrospective analysis and a summary were made to the endosonographic features of 26 cases with GIST confirmed by pathological study or immunohistochemical study. Results Big tumor size, irregular boundary, ulceration, inhomogenous echoes or high echoes were the common endosonographic features of malignant GIST, the accordance rate of EUS with pathologic study in diag-nosing malignant and benign GIST was 92.3%(24/26). Conclusions EUS can provide auxiliary diagnosis index for determining benign or malignant GIST, and it is of certain reference value in assisting early clinical treatment of GIST.
