嗓音训练对职业用声者声带息肉术后发音质量的效果观察

摘    要:目的 探讨动态喉镜下嗓音训练对职业用声者声带息肉术后发声质量的疗效评估。 方法 选取2016年3月-2017年1月收治的98例职业用声声带息肉患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表将患者分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗及护理,实验组在对照组基础上给予嗓音训练。2组患者在训练前及训练3个月后行嗓音声学检测,采用嗓音障碍指数量表(pediatric voice handicap index-30,VHI-30)评估并分析效果。 结果 训练3个月后,实验组患者的声学值基频微扰(jitter)、振幅微扰(shimmer)及VHI-30各项评分低于对照组,嗓音障碍严重指数(dysphonia severity index, DSI)和最长发音时间(maximum phonation time,MPT)高于对照组。 结论 嗓音训练可以降低职业用声者嗓音障碍程度,提供发声时呼吸动力支持,改善职业用声者声带息肉术后的嗓音质量。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of voice training on postoperative pronunciation quality of professional voice users with vocal cord polyp. Methods Totally 98 professional voice users with vocal cord polyp admitted between March 2016 and January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. Both groups were given routine treatment, including drug therapy and behavioral intervention, while the experimental group was additionally provided with voice training. Before and after 3 months of intervention, both groups were evaluated through voice acoustic analysis and using the pediatric voice handicap index-30 (VHI-30). Results After 3 months of training, the scores of acoustic parameters including fundamental frequency jitter and amplitude shimmer, as well as VHI-30 were significantly lower than that of the control group, while the dysphonia severity index and maximum phonation time of the former were significantly higher than the latter. Conclusion Voice training can reduce the voice disorders, provide respiratory power and improve the voice quality for professional voice users after the vocal cord polyp surgery.
