肿瘤患者住院化疗期间睡眠质量及其相关因素研究

目的 探讨肿瘤患者住院化疗期间的睡眠质量及相关因素。 方法 对武汉市某三甲医院肿瘤科、放化疗科进行化疗的患者130例使用一般资料问卷、影响睡眠因素调查表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数,分析肿瘤化疗患者的睡眠质量情况,应用单因素及多元线性回归的方法分析影响肿瘤患者住院化疗期间睡眠质量的因素。 结果 130名肿瘤化疗患者的PSQI得分为(11.07±0.39)分,心理因素、环境因素、生理因素、文化程度、年龄5个变量联合解释睡眠质量总变异的66.4%。 结论 肿瘤患者住院化疗期间的睡眠质量普遍较差。文化程度越低、年龄越大,睡眠质量越差;生理因素、心理因素、环境因素对睡眠质量都有显著影响,其中心理因素的影响最为重要。

The sleep quality of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and its related factors

Objective To explore the sleep quality of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and its related factors. Methods A general questionnaire, sleep factors survey and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) were used to investigate 130 patients who underwent chemotherapy in the oncology department as well as the radiotherapy and chemotherapy department of a third-grade class-A hospital in Wuhan to analyze their sleep quality. The univariate and linear regression analysis were conducted to analyze the related factors. Results The PSQI score of the patients was (11.07±0.39). The psychological factors, environmental factors, physiological factors, education level and age accounted for 66.4% of the total variation. Conclusion Cancer patients generally have poor sleeping when receiving chemotherapy. Those with lower education levels and older age suffer worse sleep quality. Physiological, psychological and environmental factors have significant effects on sleep quality, with the influence of psychological factors ranking first.
