探讨TDP治疗仪照射关元穴缓解缩宫素引发产后宫缩痛的疗效

目的 探讨TDP治疗仪照射关元穴缓解缩宫素引发产后宫缩痛的临床疗效。 方法 选择2016年7月-2017年3月行剖宫产的260例住院经产妇,按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组,均于术后1~3d静脉滴注缩宫素注射液,对视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale/score,VAS)≥4分的产妇于第2天行护理干预措施,对照组实施心理护理结合腹部按摩,实验组采用TDP治疗仪照射关元穴。比较2组护理前、护理后1h、12h、24h、72hVAS评分,并采用我院自制的疼痛影响量表评估产后宫缩痛对睡眠、情绪、哺乳、日常生活的影响。 结果 护理后,2组VAS评分均降低,而实验组VAS评分低于对照组;实验组产后宫缩痛对睡眠、母乳喂养的影响程度评分低于对照组(t=5.848,P<0.001;t=2.133,P<0.001)。 结论 TDP治疗仪照射关元穴可有效缓解缩宫素引发的产后宫缩痛,对改善产妇睡眠、早期母乳喂养也有重要意义。

The effect of radiating the Guanyuan acupoint using TDP on relieving afterpains caused by oxytocin

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TDP radiation on Guanyuan acupoint on relieving afterpains caused by oxytocin. Methods Totally 260 multiparas undergoing the caesarean section between July 2016 and March 2017 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. One to three days after their delivery, both groups were injected oxytocin intravenously and assessed using the visual analogue scale (VAS). For puerperas with VAS≥4, nursing intervention was begun from the 2nd day, the control group received psychological nursing combined with abdominal massage on the basis of routine nursing, while the experiental group was radiated on the Guanyuan acupoint using TDP. The VAS before the treatment, 1h, 12h, 24h and 72h after the treatment was compared between the two groups. The impact of uterine contraction pain on sleep, mood, breastfeeding and daily life were evaluated using the self-made pain impact scale. Results The VAS decreased in both groups, with that of the experimental group significantly lower than the control group. The bad effect of afterpains on sleeping and breastfeeding were more significantly relieved in the experimental group, compared with the control group (t=5.848,P<0.001;t=2.133,P<0.001). Conclusion Radiation on the Guanyuan acupoint using the TDP can effectively alleviate the afterpains caused by oxytocin, and improve the sleeping and early breast feeding of multipapas.
