情绪智力团体健康教育在双相情感障碍患者 中的效果分析

摘    要:目的 探讨情绪智力团体健康教育在双相情感障碍患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2016年11月-2017年11月于我院诊治的82例双相情感障碍患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予常规教育,观察组在对照组的基础上给予情绪智力团体健康教育。对2组患者干预前后的情绪智力水平、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)、Young躁狂量表(Young manic rating scale,YMRS) 进行比较。结果 干预后,观察组患者情绪智力量表总分及情绪知觉、自我情绪管理和他人管理维度得分高于对照组,而2组情绪利用维度得分比较,差异无统计学意义。观察组HAMD评分、YMRS评分均低于对照组(t=2.951,P=0.004; t=3.893,P<0.001)。结论 情绪智力团体健康教育能够有效提高双相情感障碍患者的情绪智力水平,有助于情绪改善,降低患者的狂躁、抑郁程度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of emotional intelligence group education on patients with bipolar disorder. Methods A total of 82 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to our hospital between November 2016 and November 2017 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each of 41. Both groups were given routine health education, while the observation group was additionally provided with emotional intelligence group education. After the intervention, both groups were evaluated the emotional intelligence levels, depression degree using Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and mania degree using young manic rating scale (YMRS). Results After the intervention, the total scores of the emotional intelligence scale, as well as the subscores of the emotion perception, self emotion management and management by others of the observation group were higher than that of the control group. However,there was no significant difference in the dimension of emotional use. The scores of HAMD and YMRS of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=2.951,P=0.004; t=3.893,P<0.001). Conclusion The emotional intelligence group education can significantly improve the emotional intelligence level,and reduce the degree of depression and mania of patients with bipolar disorder.
