复方利多卡因软膏减轻1型糖尿病患儿胰岛素泵置管疼痛的效果观察

目的 探讨利多卡因软膏外涂减轻儿童1型糖尿病胰岛素泵置管疼痛的效果。 方法 选取2016年1月-2017年12月年龄>3岁的新诊断并首次接受胰岛素泵治疗的1型糖尿病患儿135例,采用自身对照法进行实验。穿刺前20min,实验组采用2.5％复方利多卡因软膏涂抹于穿刺部位,对照组采用0.9%氯化钠溶液涂抹于穿刺部位,比较2组患儿行胰岛素泵置管疼痛程度的评分。结果 干预后,实验组不同年龄段患儿疼痛评分均低于对照组。 结论 复方利多卡因软膏外涂能减轻1型糖尿病患儿胰岛素泵置管的穿刺操作性疼痛。

The effect of relieving the pain during putting in the insulin pump for type 1 diabetes children using compound lidocaine ointment

Objective To investigate the effect of lidocaine ointment on relieving pain caused by insulin pump insertion in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus. Methods Totally 135 newly diagnosed children with type 1 diabetes mellitus treated by insulin pump for the first time hospitalized in our department from January 2016 to December 2017, who were more than 3 years old, were selected. The self-control method was used to carry out the experiment. At 20 minutes before puncture, the experimental group was smeared with 2.5% compound lidocaine ointment on the puncture site,while the control group was smeared with 0.9% sodium chloride solution. Results After intervention, the pain scores of different age groups in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion Compound lidocaine ointment can relieve the operative pain of insulin pump catheterization in type 1 diabetic children.
