中医辨证施护预防痔疮患者术后便秘的效果观察

目的 观察中医辨证施护预防痔疮患者术后便秘的效果。 方法 选取收治的痔疮术后患者104例,按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,采取中医辨证施护的方法。比较2组患者自然排便率、便秘发生率和对护理工作的满意度。 结果 观察组3 d内首次自然排便率高于对照组(χ²=32.359,P<0.001),便秘发生率低于对照组(χ²=9.426,P=0.002),患者对护理工作的满意度高于对照组(Z=-3.019,P=0.003)。 结论 中医辨证施护可帮助患者排便,是一种痔疮术后预防便秘的有效护理方法。

The effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing on preventing postoperative constipation in patients with hemorrhoids

Objective To study the effect of TCM dialectical nursing on the prevention of postoperative constipation in patients with hemorrhoids. Methods Totally 104 patients undergoing hemorrhoids surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each of 52, according to a random number table. Both groups received routine nursing care, while the observation group was additionally provided with dialectical nursing based on traditional Chinese medicine. The natural defecation rate, constipation rate and patients' satisfaction to nursing were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the natural defecation rate in the first 3 days and patients' satisfaction were significantly higher than that of the control group(χ²=32.359,P<0.001;Z=-3.019,P=0.003), while the incidence of constipation was significantly lower than the control group(χ²=9.426,P=0.002). Conclusion Dialectical nursing based on traditional Chinese medicine can help patients to defecate and is effective in preventing the postoperative constipation.
