科学饮食调序护理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用研究

目的 观察科学饮食调序护理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。 方法 选择2017年1-6月收住于我院的2型糖尿病病例76例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受科学饮食调序护理,比较2组干预后血糖值及饮食治疗依从率。 结果 干预后,观察组空腹及三餐后2 h血糖检测值均显著低于对照组,饮食治疗依从率显著高于对照组(Z=-2.629,P=0.009)。 结论 采用科学饮食调序护理对2型糖尿病患者施加干预,可有效提高患者对该饮食治疗方案依从性,获得较好的血糖控制效果。

Application of scientific diet ordering nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To observe the effect of applying scientific diet sequencing nursing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Seventy-six patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital in the first half of 2017 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each of 38. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received scientific diet sequencing nursing. The blood glucose level and dietary complicance were compared between the two groups after the intervention. Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, while the compliance rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (Z=-2.629,P=0.009). Conclusion The scientific diet sequential nursing can improve the compliance to the diet treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, so as to get better effect on the blood glucose control.
