基于CDIO理念的手术室新护士规范化培训师资建设的探讨

目的 探讨CDIO教学模式在手术室新护士规范化培训师资建设中的应用效果。 方法 借鉴CDIO工程教育模式,设置师资培训课程模块,并通过多种形式进行手术室师资建设,比较师资培训前后,2组新护士理论考核成绩、操作水平及对师资教学的满意度。 结果 观察组理论考核成绩、操作水平及对师资教学满意度均高于对照组。 结论 将CDIO教学模式应用于手术室新护士培训师资建设中,可提高师资的岗位胜任力,保障教学质量。

Standardized building on teathers for new nurses in the operating room based on CDIO concept

Objective To explore the effect of the standardized building on teachers for new nurses in the operating room based on the CDIO teaching mode. Methods Based on the CDIO engineeringeducation model. The mutiform curriculum module was set up for the teacher training. The new nurses were divided into an observation group and a control group according to their teacher whether or not to receive standarized teacher training. The theoretical assessment, operational skill and satisfaction to teaching staff were compared between two groups. Results All the measurements of the observation group were better than that in the control group. Conclusion The standardized training on teachers for new nurse based on the CDIO concept has strengthened the competence of the teacher, so as to guarantee the teaching quality.
