项目功能差异在老年人精神健康期望城乡差异中的应用

目的 探讨项目功能差异(differential item functioning, DIF)在精神健康期望城乡差异中的应用。 方法 利用EASY-DIF软件对老龄化期望量表(expectation regarding aging-12, ERA-12)精神健康期望分量表的城乡差异进行DIF检验,并分析DIF的类型及效应量。 结果 条目1、条目2、条目3的MH检验值具有统计学意义,条目2的低表现组、高表现组以及条目1、条目3的低表现组MH亦均具有统计学意义;条目1、条目2、条目3的DIF效应量分别为3.763、3.175、3.700。 结论 精神健康期望分量表的3个条目城乡差异存在较大DIF,在今后精神健康期望城乡差异解释时需注意条目DIF问题。

The application of differential item functioning in analyzing the mental health expectation between the urban and rural elderly

Objective To explore the application of differential item functioning (DIF) in analyzing the mental health expectation between the urban and rural elderly. Methods The items of the mental health expectation subscale of expectation regarding aging-12 (ERA-12) were tested DIF using the EASY-DIF software, and the type and the effect size of DIF was calculated. Results The MH test of the item 1, item 2, and item 3 of the mental health expectation subscale of ERA-12 was of significance statistically. The low-performing and high-performing group of the item 2, and the low-performing group of the item1 and item 3 were also significant statistically. The DIF effect size of the three items was 3.763, 3.175, and 3.700 respectively. Conclusion The three items of the mental health expectation subscale of ERA-12 are of large DIF, and DIF should be considered in the future mental health expectation comparison and explanation between the urban and the rural elderly.
