| 摘 要： | 本文在实地调查“救字号”专列转运汶川地震灾区伤病员实施情况的基础上，分析了困扰普通列车在地震灾害医学救援转运伤病员中效能发挥的短板和瓶颈，提出了相应的改进措施，从而为卫生列车的研制与建设提供了依据”，对科学、规范的探索研究铁道卫生列车进行医学救援起到了积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | On the basis of fieldwork for transportation of the sick and wounded by Rescue - Dedicated Train, the Shortages decreasing efficacy of Rescue - Dedicated Train were analyzed, and then the countermeasures were discussed, so as to provide theoretical basis for research and development of the military medical train. Thus, it will promote the work of mending and building up the military medical train for medical rescue. |
