大肠癌中癌基因联合阳性表达与临床病理分期关系的探讨

目的 :探讨在大肠癌中 EGFR、 C- erb B- 2、 CD44 v6和 P5 3基因蛋白联合表达与病理特征的关系 ,以及在各临床阶段的表达差异。方法 :对 6 3例存档大肠癌石蜡组织标本进行重新切片 ,分别采用 EGFR、 C- erb B- 2、 CD44 v6和 P5 3四种单克隆抗体进行免疫组化染色 (SABC法 )。染色结果与大肠癌分化程度、浸润深度及临床分期 (Dukes)进行比较。结果 :EGFR、C- erb B- 2、 CD44 v6和 P5 3联合阳性表达与大肠癌肿瘤大小、组织分级、浸润深度均无显著相关 ;而随着临床分期的进展 ,阳性表达的基因数目逐渐增多 ,二者之间具有显著线性相关趋势。结论 :联合检测 EGFR、 C- erb B- 2、 CD44 v6和 P5 3对准确判断大肠癌浸润转移有所帮助。

Relation between clinicopathological stage and expression of oncogenes in colorectal cancer

Objective:This study was performed to investigate the expressions of EGFR,C erbB 2,CD44v6,P53 in colorectal cancers,and determine whether these expressions are progressively increasing across the Dukes' stage.Methods:expression of EGFR,C erbB 2,CD44v6 and P53 proteins were detected respectively with four categories of monoclonal antibodies by immunohistochemical SABC staining in 63 archival materials of colorectal cancers.The staining characteristics were compared with degree of differentiation,serosal invasion and Dukes' stage.Results:There were no significant correlation between the co expression among EGFR,C erbB 2,CD44v6,P53 and the tumor size,histologic grade,serosal invasion.However,it was found a significant linear relationship between levels of four oncoproteins and Dukes'stage in patients with colorectal cancer.Conclusions:A combination of these staining may be proved useful in assessing which patients are at greater risk of progressing to metastasis.=
