| 摘 要： | 目的分析近年剖宫产率及剖宫产指征变化，探讨降低剖宫产率的主要措施。方法回顾性分析本院2008～2012年的剖宫产率及剖宫产指征变化。结果近5年剖宫产率38.6％～41．2％。剖宫产指征中胎儿因素缓慢增加，居影响因素第1位；头盆因素逐年下降，但仍居第2位；母亲因素呈缓慢下降趋势；社会因素呈逐年上升趋势，其中以珍贵儿指征增加显著。结论降低剖宫产率的关键在于严格控制剖宫产指征，降低社会因素影响。
