互联网+护理服务质量评价指标体系的构建

目的：构建“互联网+护理服务”质量评价指标体系,为进一步安全推动“互联网+护理服务”的开展,建立可量化的指标。方法：以三维质量结构理论为框架拟定指标体系初稿,编制问卷,采用德尔菲法对18名专家进行2轮函询,运用层次分析法确定各级指标权重。结果：2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率分别为100%、94.44%,专家权威系数分别为0.805,0.818。2轮函询肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.137,0.180(P<0.001)。最终形成“互联网+护理服务”质量评价指标体系包括3个一级指标,15个二级指标,51个三级指标。结论：本研究构建的“互联网+护理服务”质量评价指标体系为安全推动“互联网+护理服务”提供质量评价依据。

Construction of Internet + nursing service quality evaluation index system

Objective: To construct the quality evaluation index system of "Internet + nursing service", and to establish quantifiable indicators in order to further promote the development of "Internet + nursing service". Methods: Based on the three-dimensional quality structure theory, the first draft of the index system was drawn up, and the questionnaire was compiled. The Delphi method was adopted to conduct two rounds of correspondence consultation with 18 experts, and the weights of all levels of indicators were determined by the analytic hierarchy process. Results: The effective recoveries of the two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaire were 100% and 94.44%, and the expert authority coefficients were 0.805 and 0.818, respectively. Kendall concordant coefficients were 0.137 and 0.180 (P<0.001), respectively. Finally, the quality evaluation index system of "Internet + nursing service" has been formed, including 3 first-level indicators, 15 second-level indicators and 51 third-level indicators. Conclusion: The quality evaluation index system of "Internet + nursing service" constructed in this study provides the quality evaluation basis for promoting "Internet + nursing service" safely.
