老年人病毒性肝炎124例临床报告

本文报告老年人病毒性肝炎124例。黄疸发生率为96％。重型肝炎发病率为41.1％,病死率为22.4％,较国内报道为高。HBsAg阳性者有92例,提示免疫功能随年龄增长而减弱。治疗虽经努力,但效果不满意。

Clinical Analysis of 124 Aged Cases of Viral Hepatitis

One hundred and twenty-four patients affected by viral hepatitis in old age are reported in this article. Among them, 47 cases are acute ieteric hepatitis, 5 cases wire anicteric hepatitis, 2 cases with chronic persistent hepatitis, 18 Cases wite chronic active hepatitis; 16 cases acute with severe hepatitis, 35 cases suibacute severe hepatitis. The remaining one case is Cholestatis hepatitis. Because of the weakened physiolgical and immunological functions and the weakened function of the heart, lungs and kidneys, the complications of hepatitis in the aged patiens are more common than in other age groups. The duration of jaundice is longer. The incidens rate of severe viral hepatitis in the aged group is higher than in other age groups.
