“社区糖尿病防治适宜知识与技能”的咨询研究

目的探讨社区糖尿病防控管理人员需具备的专业知识与技能。方法采用Delphi法对19位专家进行问卷咨询。结果两轮专家咨询表回收率均为100％，专家权威系数为0．722，首轮专家意见的协调系数为0．347；第二轮协调系数为0．889。两轮数据差异无统计学意义。最终确定社区糖尿病防治适宜知识与技能一级条目11个，二级条目74个。结论本研究所获“社区糖尿病防治适宜知识与技能”条目可用于社区糖尿病管理人员的培训与业务实践。

Consulting research on the appropriate knowledge and technical ability of community diabetes prevention and treatment

Objective To explore the appropriate knowledge and technical ability of community diabetes prevention and control. Method A Delphi method was used, and 19 experts were invited to participate the consultation. Results The answer rates of the two round expert consultation were both 100%, and the authority coefficient was 0. 722. The coordination coefficients of the first round was 0. 347;the coordination coefficients of the second round was 0. 889. 11 first level items and 74 second level items were selected as the appropriate knowledge and technical ability on community diabetes prevention and control. Conclusion These items could be used the heaith personnel training material and in the management practice.
