人源幼虫巨大致死性基因在胃癌组织中的表达及意义

目的研究人源幼虫巨大致死性基因（Hud—1）在胃癌中的表达及其与胃癌临床病理特征的关系，探讨Hugl-1改变与胃癌发生及进展的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测81例胃癌标本和14例胃良性病变标本nugl-1的表达情况，并结合临床病理参数进行相关分析。结果胃癌组织中Hud．1的表达水平明显低于正常组织及炎性胃组织，部分表达缺失。81例胃癌组织中Hugl-1表达下调54例，总下调率为66．7％。Hugl-1的阳性表达率与患者的年龄、癌细胞分化程度及有无淋巴结转移相关（P〈0．05），与性别及浸润深度则无明显相关（P〉0．05）。结论Hugl-1表达下调与胃癌的发生、发展过程密切相关，Hugl-1可作为反映胃癌恶性生物学行为的一个较有价值的指标。

Expression of human lethal-giant-lavae 1 and its significance in gastric cancer tissue

0bjective To investigate the expression of human lethal-giant-lavae 1 （ Hugl-1 ）in gastric cancer, and the correlation of Hugl-1 expression and the development of gastric cancer. Methods The expression of Hugl-1 in 81 gastric cancer and 14 normal gastric tissue were examined by immunohistochemical staining,and correlation of Hugl-1 expression and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results The expression of Hugl-1 in gastric cancer is obviously lower than in normal and inflammatery tissue. Fiftyfour of S1 cases（66.7% ） in gastric cancer were down regulation of Hugl-1 expression, down regulation of Hugl-1 expression had correlations with the histopathological grade of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and age （P 〈 0.05 ）, but not with the gender and the depth of invasion （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Condusion Down regulation of Hugl-1 expression may contribute to the pathogenesis and development of gastric cancer,and might be a meaningful marker to reflect the biological behavious of gastric cancer.
