摘    要:目的:了解应用拟除虫菊酯选育蚊媒时杀虫剂敏感度的变化。方法:采用杀虫剂单独选育及交叉选育三种蚊虫Ⅳ龄幼虫的方法来进行实验室选育。结果:致倦库蚊、白纹伊蚊幼虫经胺菊酯选育后,其后代敏感度有所降低,显示出低水平的抗药性,各代蚊幼虫选育后的蚊蛹羽化率均在90%以上;致倦库蚊幼虫经敌百虫、溴氰菊酯交叉选育后,选育后代对溴氰菊酯的敏感度变化不明显,仍处于敏感水平,各代蚊幼虫选育后蚊蛹羽化率在80%以上;中华按蚊幼虫用氯菊酯选育时不易建立选育系。结论:致倦库蚊、白纹伊蚊幼虫经胺菊酯选育后可产生低水平抗药性,致倦库蚊用两种不同作用机制的杀虫剂交叉选育时不易产生抗药性。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the susceptibility of mosquitoes selected by pyrethroids Methods:Fourth instar larvae of three species of mosquitoes were selected by either single pyrethroid insecticide or mixed insecticides in laboratory Results:Susceptibility of the offsprings of Culex.p.fatigans and Aedes albopictus selected by tetramethrin were decreased and showed low level of resistance to tetramethrin The offsprings of C.quinquefasciatus selected by deltamethrin and dipterix alternatively were still susceptible to deltamethrin.The selected population of Anopheles sinensis by permethrin was quite hard to establish Conclusion: C.p.fatigans and Ae. albopictus selected by tetramethrin may develop low level resistance to tetramethrin after laboratory selection While C.p.fatigans was not easytodevelop resistance when mixed selectedby two different mechanism of insecticides.
