| 摘 要： | 目的了解新疆地区三级综合医院ICU护士对鼻饲相关性腹泻认知及鼻饲护理现状。方法采用自行设计的问卷,以新疆地区9所三级综合医院237名ICU护士为对象,就鼻饲相关性腹泻的基本知识和鼻饲护理现状两部分内容进行调查。结果 ICU护士鼻饲相关性腹泻知识得分为(50.31±8.00)分,鼻饲护理行为得分为(17.68±4.93)分。结论医院应根据ICU的实际情况,采取多种培训模式,提高ICU专科护理水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the knowledge and behaviors about nasal feeding related diarrhea among ICU nurses in 3A - level general hospitals in Xinjiang region. Methods Totally 237 ICU nurses were recruited ,from nine 3A - level general hospitals in Xinjiang autonomous region. They were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire knowledge and behaviors of nasal feeding related diarrhea. Results The average score of knowledge about nasal feeding related diarrhea was （50.31 ±8.00）. And the score of behaviors of nasal feeding related nursing was （ 17.68 ±4.93 ）. Conclusion According to the actual situation of ICU ,hospitals should adopt various training models to improve the level of ICU specific nursing. |
