青年脑卒中患者血清脂蛋白(a)和血液流变特性分析

目的探讨青年脑卒中患者脂蛋白(a)、血液流变性的改变及其临床意义。方法对45岁以下脑梗死患者52例(卒中组),与脑血管病无关的相同年龄段同期住院患者47例(对照组)均检测其血压、血脂、脂蛋白(a)、血液流变学指标。结果卒中组的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞比积、纤维蛋白原、脂蛋白(a)、甘油三脂、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白均显著高于正常对照组,而高密度脂蛋白显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论青年脑卒中患者脂蛋白(a)增高、血液流变紊乱,及时和长期控制高血压、高脂血症,降低血液粘度对防治青年脑卒中具有重要的临床意义。

Analysis of Lipoprotein(a) and Hemorheology in Young Adult Stroke

Objective: To study the changes and significances of Lipid(a) and hemorheology in youth with stroke.Method: 52 cases of patients aged≤45 with stroke, 47 cases of the healthy people with same age were detected with blood pressure, lipoprotein, lipid(a)and hemorheology.Results: The results show that in patients aged≤45 with stroke, blood viscosity, plasma viscosity,HCT,Fib,Lp(a),TG,TC and LDL were markedly higher than those in the control subjects. Moreover, HDL was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: It indicates that Lp(a) increased and hemorheology disordered in patients aged≤45 with stroke. It was important to control the high degree of blood pressure, lipid and blood viscosity in time for the prevention and treatment of young adult stroke.
