他克莫司软膏治疗酒渣鼻临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗酒渣鼻的疗效及安全性。方法 89例患者按系统随机化法分为两组,治疗组(45例)口服复合维生素B,外搽0.03%他克莫司软膏,对照组(44例)口服复合维生素B,外搽5%硫磺霜,连续治疗观察6周,分析比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗第2、4、6周后有效率分别为26.67%、64.44%、86.67%,与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);红斑积分在治疗第2周后即有明显降低(P〈0.05),而丘疹、脓疱积分在治疗第4、6周后才有明显降低(P〈0.05);19例(占42.22%)在用药后第1~6天内出现局部刺激症状。结论他克莫司软膏治疗酒渣鼻安全、有效。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of 0.03% Tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of rosacea.Methods Eighty-nine patients were divided into 2 groups randomly.Forty-five patients in the treatment group were treated with mulvital B and 0.03% Tacrolimus ointment.The other 44 patients in the control group were treated with mulvital B and 5% sulfur cream.After continues treatment for 6 weeks,we analyzed and compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 26.67%,64.44% and 86.67% respectively in 2,4,6 weeks after treatment.The effective rate in control group was significantly different than that in treatment group(P 0.05 or P 0.01).The score of erythema in treatment group significantly decreased in 2 weeks after treatment(P0.05).The score of papules and pustules significantly decreased in 4,6 weeks after treatment(P 0.05).Nineteen cases(42.22%) had burning sensation and mild itching 1~6 days after treatment.Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment is effective and safe in the treatment of rosacea.
