| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨更适合冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者长期服用的药物。方法：采用随机双盲法，对经动态心电图证实为无症状心肌缺血的冠心病患者138例，对照观察了通心络胶囊和硝酸异山梨醇治疗无症状心肌缺血的疗效。结果：通心络胶囊在减少无症状心肌缺血发生次数和持续时间方面明显优于硝酸异山梨醇（P＜0.01）。其运动持续时间、诱发心绞痛发作时间、ST段压低≥1mm所需时间均明显延长，运动耐力增加（P＜0.01）。结论：通心络胶囊更适合冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者长期服用。

Comparative Study of
Tongxinluo Capsules and Sordi in Treatment of Patients with Silent Myocardial Ischemia |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Tongxinluo Capsules(TXLC)in treating silent myocardial ischemia (SMI)of coronary artery disease. Methods:The effect of oral TXLC and Sordi were compared with those of placebo in 138 patients with coronary artery disease and SMI. Patients performed ambulatory electrocardiographic monitoring and bicycle ergometic exercise, after 8 weeks periods treatment of 4 pills, three times daily, 10～15mg Sordi, three times daily, and placebo. All drugs were given double blind and randomly. Results:TXLC not only appeared to be more effective than Sordi in reducing the number and duration of SMI, but also increasing exercise duration and delaying time of exercise angina or peak effort(P＜0.01). Conclusion:TXLC is a more effective drug in treating coronary artery disease and SMI. |
