异地护生实习体验的现象学研究

[目的]深入了解和探索异地护生的实习体验。[方法]运用Ed-mund husserl观点构成的质性研究,深入访谈我院12名异地实习护生。[结果]运用Colaizzi资料分析方法,归纳出异地护生实习体验的主题:情绪不良、躯体不适、角色定位偏差。[结论]对异地实习护生的身心感受应给予关注,尝试对其进行人性化、个性化的文化休克管理,提高其身心健康水平及实习质量。

A phenomenology study on experience of nursing students practicing in place different from where one studied

Objective: To understand deeply the experience of nursing students practice in places different from where one studied. Method: By adopting the isotropy study constituted of Edmund Husserl's viewpoints, 12 nursing students have been interviewed in our hospital who had studied in other places. Result: By applying the Colaizzi data analysis method, it concluded the main problems of nursing students not practiced in their affiliated hospital were ill mood, idiosoma discomfort and warp of their role orientation. Conclusion: One should pay attention to both physical and mental feeling of nursing students. Humanistic and individual culture shock management should be attempted for them to promote both their physical and mental health level and their practice quality.
