高血压脑出血的微创引流术与内科保守治疗的疗效比较

目的比较保守治疗方法评价微创引流术对高血压脑出血的疗效。方法将高血压脑出血患者分为微创引流术组和药物组,观察血肿清除时间、病死率、日常生活活动能力(ADL)。结果两组患者间病死率、血肿清除时间和预后间差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创引流术能有效清除血肿、降低病死率、改善病后日常生活能力。

Effective Comparison Between Minimally Invasive Drainage and Expectant Treatment of Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive drainage for the patients with hypertensive hemorrhage by comparing with expectant treatment.Methods To patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided as minimal invasion group and pharmacotherapy group.The indexes of evaluation were the time to clean up hemotoma,mortality rate and activities of daily living(ADL).Results There were significant differences in the mortality rate and clean up hemotoma rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive drainage can effectively clean up the hemotoma,reduce the mortality rate and improve the activity of daily living for the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
