大剂量葛根素抗心绞痛作用的对比研究

目的 :探讨大剂量葛根素对心绞痛治疗的可行性。方法 :87例患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 42例 ,对照组 45例。治疗组应用葛根素注射液 12 0 0 m g加入 5 %葡萄糖 5 0 0 ml静滴 ,对照组用硝酸甘油 5 m g加入 5 %葡萄糖 2 5 0 ml静滴 ,比较 2组疗效。结果 :治疗组在减少心绞痛发作次数、显效率、总有效率、心电图缺血性 ST段恢复及心肌耗氧量减少等指标上 ,与对照组比较无显著差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。结论 :大剂量葛根素有改善心肌缺血、缓解冠状动脉痉挛等作用 ,抗心绞痛疗效显著

Contrast evaluation on effect of large dose puerarin on treating angina pectoris

Objective:To investigate the feasibility of treating acutely severe angina pectoris(AP) with large dose puerarin.Methods:Eightyseven patients were randomly divided into two groups,treated group ( n =42) and control group ( n =45).The treated group was treated with puerarin injection 1 200 mg 5% glucose 500 ml infused intravenously but control group was treated with nitroglycerine 5 mg 5% glucose 250 ml infused intravenously.Results:In respect of reducing attack times of AP,markedly effective rate,total effective rate,recovering ischemic ST segment of electrocardiogram,decreasing volume of oxygen consumption,there were not markedly differents between the two groups (all P >0 05).Conclusions:Large dose of puerarin possesses the effects on improving myocardial ischemia and blood viscosity,remitting spasm of coronary artery so that its curative effects on AP is obvious.
