阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术31例临床分析

目的探讨经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的效果和安全性。方法对31例经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的临床资料进行回顾,并对结果进行分析。结果本组31例手术均获成功,无中转开腹及邻近脏器损伤。剔除浆膜下肌瘤9例、肌壁问肌瘤22例.手术时间46~112 min,平均76 min;术中出血量50~230 ml,平均110 ml。术后体温恢复正常时间（3.0±0.5）d,术后体温超过38.0℃3例,均无感染迹象。术后1个月复查阴道切口愈合佳,经随访术前有的月经过多及尿频、尿急症状均消失,B超检查未发现肌瘤。结论阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术操作简单,手术副作用轻,患者损伤小,康复快。该手术无需昂贵的设备,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of vaginal myomectomy

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of vaginal myomectomy.Methods The clinical data of 31 cases by vaginal myomectomy were reviewed.Results All the 31 cases were successful without conversion to open surgery and there was no damage to adjacent organs.The subserosal fibroids were removed in 9 cases and intramural fibroids were removed in 22 cases.The operation time was 46~112 min.The blood loss was 50~230 ml.The time for body temperature returned to normal after the operation was（3.0±0.5） d.There were 3 cases with a temperature over 38.0℃,but no signs of infection.Conclusion The vaginal myomectomy is a simple and effective surgery.
