自由基清除剂对眼前段碱烧伤作用的实验研究

摘    要:目 的 探讨外源性自由基清除剂对眼前段碱烧伤作用。方法 40只兔分为烧伤组,超氧化物岐化酶治疗组。过氧化氢酶治疗组。两种酶联合治疗组及对照组,制作眼前段碱烧伤模型。各治疗组结膜下分别注射酶溶液,72小时后处死实验兔,取材房水,检测其丙二醛含量,制作烧伤组,联合治疗组角膜上皮细胞层透射电镜标本。结果 烧伤组丙二醛的含量高于对照组,超氧化物岐化酶治疗组及联合治疗组的丙二醛含量低于烧伤组,电镜下治疗组细胞生长状况较烧伤组好。结论 眼前段碱烧伤的治疗中,可以通过补充餐源性的超氧化物岐化酶及超氧化物岐化酶与过氧化氢酶来减轻损伤。

Abstract:Objective To observe the treatment of exogenous free radical scavenging enzyme after alkali burn.Methods 40 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into control group,burn group,superoxide dismutase(SOD) cure group,catalase(CAT) cure group,both enzyme cure group.Subconjunctival injection was adopted after alkali burn.72 hour after burn,the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) were determined.Results The contents of MDA in SOD cure group and both enzyme cure group was lower than burn group.Conclusion SOD?both SOD and CAT can lighter the damage to the eyes for early alkali burn in the anterior segment of the eye.
