二期植皮联合VSD与传统打包技术修复慢性创面的疗效比较

摘    要:目的观察与对比二期植皮中联合应用负压封闭引流技术(VSD)与传统打包技术在修复慢性创面的临床疗效。方法选择2015年11月至2018年10月收治在佛山健翔医院与佛山市中医院因外伤所致的慢性创面患者共64例,分别接受二期植皮联合VSD(植皮加VSD组)和植皮联合传统打包技术(对照组)治疗,比较两组患者的植皮存活质量、植皮愈合时间、住院期间愈合率、不良反应发生情况等。结果植皮加VSD组的平均创面愈合时间为9.8天,较对照组平均14.1天明显缩短(P0.05);植皮加VSD组的植皮存活优良率为93.9%明显优于对照组的71.0%(P0.05);住院期间愈合率为97.0%明显优于对照组的77.4%(P0.05)。结论二期植皮联合应用VSD相比较于传统打包技术,可减少创面愈合时间、提高植皮存活与愈合质量。

Abstract:[Abstract] Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) combined with traditional packing technique in repairing chronic wounds. Methods From November 2015 to October 2018, 64 patients with chronic wounds were treated with skin grafting combined with VSD (VSD group) and traditional packing technology (control group) in Foshan Jianxiang Hospital and Foshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. The survival quality, healing time, healing rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The average healing time of wounds in the experimental group was 9.8 days, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (14.1 days on average) (P<0.05); the survival rate of skin grafts in the experimental group was 93.94% better than that (71.0%) in the control group (P<0.05); and the healing rate during hospitalization was 97.0% better than that (77.4%) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with skin grafting combined with traditional packaging technology, skin grafting combined with VSD can reduce wound healing time and improve skin grafting survival and healing quality.
