老年女性血浆氧化三甲胺水平的变化及其影响因素分析

摘    要:目的分析老年女性血浆氧化三甲胺(TMAO)水平的变化及其影响因素。方法选择冠状动脉造影的可疑冠心病患者120例,男性52例,女性68例。以60岁为界,年龄≥60岁79例中,老年男性29例,老年女性50例;年龄<60岁41例中,非老年男性23例,非老年女性18例。患者均检测血浆TMAO水平,采用相关性分析和多因素线性回归分析。结果老年女性血浆TMAO水平显著高于非老年女性(7.94±6.57)μmol/L vs(4.34±5.30)μmol/L,P<0.05],但与老年男性无明显差异(7.94±6.57)μmol/L vs(5.70±4.02)μmol/L,P>0.05]。相关性分析显示,老年女性血浆TMAO水平与体质量指数、TG、HDL-C水平以及冠心病和糖尿病显著相关(P<0.05,P<0.01);多因素线性回归分析显示,体质量指数和糖尿病是影响老年女性血浆TMAO水平的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论老年女性血浆TMAO水平升高,与患者体质量指数和代谢性疾病密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the changing plasma trimethylamine N-oxide(TMAO) level and its influencing factors in elderly females.Methods One hundred and twenty suspected CHD patients(52 males and 68 females) admitted to our hospital for CAG and TMAO measurement were divided into ≥60 years old group and <60 years old group.Their clinical data were recorded and their plasma TMAO level was measured and analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis respectively.Results The plasma TMAO level was significantly higher in ≥60 years old female patients than in <60 years old female patients(7.94±6.57 μmol/L vs 4.34±5.30 μmol/L,P<0.05).However,no significant difference was detected in plasma TMAO level in ≥60 years old male patients(7.94±6.57 μmol/L vs 5.70±4.02 μmol/L,P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that plasma TMAO level was closely related with BMI,serum levels of TG and HDL-C,incidence of CHD and DM in elderly female patients(P<0.05,P<0.01).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that BMI and DM were the risk factors for plasma TMAO level in elderly female patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Elevated plasma TMAO level is closely related with BMI and metabolic disease in elderly females.
