桃红四物液治疗“气滞血瘀型”膝骨关节炎疗效研究

目的观察桃红四物液治疗"气滞血瘀型"膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法116例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组各58例,对照组膝关节腔注射玻璃酸纳注射液,按说明每周1次,连续5次,治疗结束后1周(总周期5周)后进行疗效评定,治疗组在对照组的基础上,每日口服桃红四物液50 m L/次,2次/d,连用4周,治疗结束1周(总周期5周)后进行疗效评定。结果VAS评分结果:治疗后VAS评分两组均较治疗前有所降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组间比较,治疗组疼痛VAS评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);膝关节功能WOMAC评分结果:治疗后WOMAC评分两组均较治疗前低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组间比较,治疗组WOMAC评分明显较对照组为低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有效率比较结果:治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物液治疗KOA在减轻关节疼痛、改善关节功能等方面有较好的临床效果。

Clinical Efficacy of Taohong Siwu Liquid in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritisof Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Taohong Siwu Liquid in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods Totally 116 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,58 cases in each group.The control group received intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronateonce a week according to the instructions,continuously for five times and then the therapeutic effect was evaluated one week after treatment(total cycle=5 weeks).On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given Taohong Siwu Liquid 50 mL/time twice a day for 4 weeks and the therapeutic effect was evaluated one week after treatment(total cycle=5 weeks).Results VAS:After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS score of pain in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The WOMAC score of knee joint function:After treatment,the WOMAC scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the WOMAC score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Effective rate:The treatment group’s effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taohong Siwu Liquid has a good clinical effect in the treatment of KOA in alleviating joint pain and improving joint function.
