| 摘 要： | 目的总结针刺特定穴治疗哮喘的临床选配穴规律。方法将近10年针刺治疗支气管哮喘的文献进行分析整理,筛选出临床常用特定穴位配伍。结果国内外数据库检索出相关文献共62篇,根据排除标准排除42篇,剩余有效文献为20篇。其中交会穴及背俞穴使用频率最高,其次为五腧穴。结论针刺特定穴治疗支气管哮喘的使用频次远高于非特定穴,本研究得到的穴位配伍规律,可为临床治疗哮喘提供重要参考。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical rules of acupoints in treating asthma.Methods The literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of bronchial asthma in recent 10 years was analyzed and sorted out,and specific acupoints commonly used in clinic were screened out.Results A total of 62 related articles were retrieved from domestic and foreign databases,42 articles were excluded according to the exclusion criteria and the remaining valid articles were 20.The intersection acupoints and back-Shu acupoints were most frequently used,followed by five Shu acupoints.Conclusion The frequency of acupuncture at specific acupoints in treating bronchial asthma is much higher than that of non-specific acupoints.The compatibility of acupoints obtained in this study may provide important reference for the clinical treatment of asthma. |
