| 摘 要： | 目的：研究维Ａ酸（Ｔｒｅ）或维生素Ａ（Ｒｅｔ）对膀胱肿瘤患者淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞（ＬＡＫ细胞）的增殖和对膀胱肿瘤细胞的细胞毒作用．方法：分别用细胞计数和ＭＴＴ法测定ＬＡＫ细胞的增殖和细胞毒作用．结果：Ｔｒｅ或Ｒｅｔ１０－１００ｎｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１加强由白细胞介素２（ＩＬ２）诱导的ＬＡＫ细胞的增殖和对膀胱肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用．结论：Ｔｒｅ或Ｒｅｔ增强膀胱肿瘤患者ＬＡＫ细胞增殖及对膀胱肿瘤的细胞毒作用．
