| 摘 要： | 目的探讨粉尘螨滴剂治疗儿童螨性过敏性紫癜的疗效及其对预后的影响。方法选择100例经酶联免疫吸附法检测粉尘螨、屋尘螨呈阳性的2～15岁过敏性紫癜惠儿，将其随机分为试验组和对照组，各50例。对照组患儿给予常规药物治疗（泼尼松、维生素c、复方芦丁片和氯雷他定片）；治疗组患几在常规药物治疗的基础上加用粉尘螨滴剂（畅迪，浙江我武生物科技有限公司生产）舌下含服治疗，从低剂量起逐步递增，1次／d，治疗2年。结果干预前试验组和对照组患儿血清IgE水平（500±205）U／ml和（498±220）U／ml]、24h尿蛋白定量（0．10±0．02）异／24h和（0．09±0．03）g／24h]及高倍镜下尿沉渣红细胞数（3±1）个／HP和（3±1）个／HP]比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后两组患儿的血清IgE水平（201±120）u／ml和（305±151）U／ml]、24h尿蛋白定量（0．05±0，02）g／24h和（0．08±0．03）g/24h]及高倍镜下尿沉渣红细胞数（1±1）个／HP和（2±1）个／HP]比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患儿治疗后紫癜、腹痛及关节痛复发次数间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂能够有效减少儿童螨性过敏性紫癜的复发，降低肾脏损害的发生率，改善预后。
