| 摘 要： | 目的探讨普米克令舒加万托林雾化吸入佐治小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将76例毛支患儿,随机分为两组,两组均采用综合治疗,观察组加用普米克令舒,万托林雾化吸入,对治疗前后症状、体征持续时间参数进行比较。结果观察组在治愈率、缓解喘憋、缩短罗音及咳嗽持续时间的作用明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论普米克令舒加万托林雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎可缩短病程,提高治愈率,疗效确切,且方便、安全,可临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of inhaling pulmicort respules and salbutamol on treating infant bronchiolitis. Methods 76 patients with bronchiolitis were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with inhalation of pulmicort respules and salbutamol and the control group were given routine treatment. The lasting time of symptom and sign were compared before and after treatment. Results The treatment groups were better than control group on curative ratio, releiving dyspnea, reducing the lasting time of rale and cough ( P <0.05). Conclusions Inhaling Pulmicort respules and salbutamol is a safe and effective method for treating infant bronchiolitis, it can increase the curative ratio and shorten the course of this disease. |
