| 摘 要： | ①目的观察中药黄芪对糖尿病神经病变(DN)的治疗作用.②方法选择DN病人63例,随机分为黄芪治疗组和对照组.对照组治疗措施包括饮食控制,应用胰岛素或口服降糖药物控制血糖.治疗组在上述治疗基础上加黄芪治疗共28d.两组病人治疗前后均采空腹肘静脉血,检查血糖、血常规、血生化、肝功能、肾功能,同时测定神经传导速度、膀胱残余尿量.③结果治疗后两组病人临床症状、神经传导速度、膀胱残余尿量较治疗前明显改善(X2=5.60,t=1.84～3.66,P＜0.05),而以治疗组改善更为明显(t=1.96～3.01,P＜0.05),黄芪治疗过程中无明显副作用发生.④结论黄芪对DN有明显治疗作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of membranous milkvetch root on diabetic neuropathy. Methods 63 patients with diabetic neuropathy were randomly divided into control group(30 cases, regular therapy) and treated group(33 cases, regular therapy baiclin),the course of treatment was 28 days. MNCV,SNCV. residual urine were determined in all patients before and after the treatment. Results The MNCV.SNCV and the volume of residual urine of treated group were significantly improved as compared with the control. Conclusion Membranotls milkvetch root has a beneficial effect on diabetic neuropathy. |
