孟鲁司特治疗儿童感染后咳嗽43例临床疗效观察

目的观察孟鲁司特治疗儿童感染后咳嗽的疗效。方法选择83例感染后咳嗽的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组接受2周的治疗,观察组口服孟鲁斯特和阿奇霉素,对照组口服阿奇霉素治疗。在治疗前、治疗后2周分别记录患儿的咳嗽症状积分。结果治疗2周后,观察组咳嗽症状评分（2.14±1.30）明显降低,比对照组评分（3.58±1.20）降低明显（P〈0.01）,观察组疗效优于对照组（χ2=9.87,P〈0.01）。结论孟鲁司特对儿童感染后咳嗽有明显的疗效,可作为儿童感染后咳嗽治疗的一种选择。

Clinical effects of montelukast on 43 child cases with Post-infectious cough

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of montelukast on child post-infectious cough.METHODS 83 child patients with post-infectious cough were randomly divided into observed group and controlled group.In observed group,the patients take montelukast and Azithromycin for 2 weeks;the patients in controlled group only take Azithromycin orally.Cough symptom scores were recorded before and 2 weeks later after treatment.RESULTS In observed group,cough symptom score was decreased obviously after 2 weeks treatment.The score of observed group（2.14±1.30）was lower than that of controlled group（3.58±1.20）（P0.01）.The clinical effects of observed group was better than the controlled group（χ2=9.87,P0.01）.CONCLUSION Montelukast is effective in treating child post-infectious cough,and can be a choose on the treatment of child post-infectious cough.
