| 摘 要： | 医学生实践能力的培养是培养合格临床医师的必要途径,也是医学教育的重点和难点.我国医学生临床实践能力培养面临的困境是医学生接触临床时间晚,就业和考研影响临床实习,医疗市场的现状,教学模式和教学质量的影响,以及加上诊断技术的发展,使医学生出现了重仪器、轻临床的倾向.医学生往往注重专业知识的积累以应付毕业前考试,而忽视临床思维能力的训练和实践能力的培养,从而严重影响临床实习环节,医学毕业生的质量堪忧.通过分析法国医学生临床实践能力培养方法,结合我国临床医生实践能力培养现状,就我国医学生临床实践能力培养中存在的缺陷与对策作一探计.

| Abstract: | The training of clinical practical capacity of medical students is not only indispensable approach and method to train qualified clinicians for the society,but also the difficulty and key in medical education.In this paper,the training methods of clinical practical capacity in French medical students are analyzed firstly,then,the existing defects and countermeasures in our training of clinical practical capability are discussed under the current training status in China. |
