| 摘 要： | 目的：从白眉蝮蛇蛇毒中提取细胞毒素H1，观察细胞毒素H1对实验性大鼠胃癌的抑制作用．方法：采用DEAE—Sephadex A-50，TSKgel Pheny柱层析从白眉蝮蛇蛇毒中分离纯化细胞毒素H1．在饮水中添加致癌剂1-甲基-3-硝基-1-亚硝基胍（MNNG），增溶剂吐温20及维生素D3饲喂Wistar大鼠，并应用高张盐水间歇辅以刺激，制造大鼠胃癌模型，将存活的大鼠胃癌模型随机分为阴性对照组、5-FU阳性对照组、细胞毒素H1给药组，连续注射3wk．结果：细胞毒素H1给药组原位肿瘤体积、瘤质量较5-FU组明显降低，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）．结论：细胞毒素H1确有抑制实验性大鼠胃癌生长和转移的作用．

| Abstract: | AIM:To purify cytotoxin from Agkitrodon Acutus venom and to study its inhibitory effect on gastric cancer in rats.METHODS:Cytotoxin H1 was isolated and purified by successive chromatography on DEAE-Sephadex A-50 and TSKgel Pheny columns from Agkitrodon acutus venom.To establish the gastric cancer model,the rats were fed with water added N-Methyl-N'-Nitro-Nitrosoguanidine,Tween 20 and Vitamin D3 and were stimulated with hypertonicsaline.The established models were randomly divided into negative control group... |
