| 摘 要： | 目的:研究大黄、芒硝对小肠的泻下作用及成分.方法:给小鼠一次性灌胃含活性炭的混悬药液,与含活性炭的生理盐水混悬液相对照,测量胃全重、胃净重、小肠全长、炭末的推进距离,计算出胃残留率及小肠推进率,利用t检验进行统计.结果:与空白组比较,生、熟大黄对胃残留率、小肠推进无明显影响(P＞0.05),大黄配芒硝对胃残留率及小肠推进率有显著影响(P＜0.05);与熟大黄组比较,生大黄组胃残留率明显降低,大黄配芒硝组胃排空率及肠推进率都明显增大.结论:大黄泻下主要部位不在小肠,结合型蒽醌是主要泻下成分;芒硝对小肠推进作用显著,小肠是其泻下主要部位之一.
