| 摘 要： | 观察体外培养的视网膜色素上皮细胞条件培养液对成纤维双细胞生长的影响。利用＾３Ｈ胸嘧啶核苷掺入法和 细胞计数法首次显示了视网膜色素上此细胞条件培养液对成纤维细胞生长有促进作用。

| Abstract: | he authors observed the effect of retinal pigment epithelial cells conditioned medium(RPE-CM)onproliferation of fibroblasts in vitro.It was demonstrated by H-TdR in corperation and cell counting that theRPR-CM promoted the growth of fibroblasts and this effect was dosage dependent.Furthermore,certaincellular secreted proteins were detected in RPE-CM by means of SDS-PAGE electrophoresis,some ofwhich might be cytokines. These discoveries may be instrumental to the prevention and treatment of prolifera-tive vitreoretinopathy. |
