表面角膜镜片术治疗小儿外伤性白内障术后无晶体眼的初步报告

用自制的同种材料的表面角膜镜片，对４３例（４３只眼）小儿外伤性白内障术后无晶体眼施行手术治疗，追踪时间平均２０个月，结果全部镜片透明愈合。有３１例（７２．１％）术后裸眼视力达０．２以上，３２例（７４．４％）矫正视力达０．４以上。大部分病例加载３Ｄ以下的眼镜可达术前的矫正视力，无严重并发症。表明：表面角膜镜片术是治疗小儿外伤性白内障术后无晶体眼的最好办法之一，尤其适用于不能装人工晶体的病例。

Epikeratophakia for the Treatment of Aphakia Following Traumatic Cataract Extraction inChildren

pikeratophakia was performed on 4 3 eyes of postoperative aphakia following traumatic cataract extrac-tion.The patients were followed up for a mean of 20 months. All lenticles were transparent.Postoperative un-corrected visual acuity of 0.2 or better was achieved in 31 eyes(72.1%)and corrected vision of 0.4or betteroccurred in 32 eyes(74.4%).In most patients the best corrected vision was achieved with spectacles of lessthan 3 dioptors. No severe complications were observed.Epikeratophakia results are predictable with qualitylenticule and correct surgical technique. Epikeratophakia is one of the treatment choices for traumatic aphakiain children, especially for those in whom for IOL implantation is contraindicated.
