开角型青光眼视觉诱发电位对比敏感度的研究

利用稳态ＶＥＰ做指标，测定了７例正常人和２５例开角型青光眼对比敏感度。正常人对比敏感度曲线，其峰值位中频３．２ｃ／ｄｅｇ，低频和高频区敏感度下降，两眼间各空间频率相近，青光眼组有不同而异，视野正常者，为高频区异常，视野缺损者各空间频率均异常在视野缺损和对比敏感度之间，有一定的相关。结果提示：对比敏感度检查，可能为青光眼病人视功能改变的判断和临床观察提供更充分的依据。

VEP Contrast Sensitivity for Open-angle Glaucoma

ontrast Sensitivity(CS)of steady visual evoked potentials(VEP)was studied from 25 open-angle glau-comas and 7 normal subjects.The normal subjects showed the optimal contrast sensitivity at the middle fre-quency approximately 3.2c/deg.Contrast sensitivity decreased at both high and low frequencies. In the open-angle glaucoma subjects,the patterns of CS loss were varied.In the normal visual field subjects it was high frequency dificit;while in the abnormal subjects all spatial frequencies were abnormal.There was a correlation between the visual field defect and the CS value. The results suggested that measurement of CS provided basis for judgement of visual functional changes in the clinical observation of open-angle glaucoma.
