摘    要:目的:探讨近视患者LASIK术后调节性集合与调节的比值( AC/A)的变化,探讨其对术后近距离工作视疲劳症状的关系。方法临床病例对照研究。测定统一行标准LASIK术56例(112只眼)近视患者术前及术后1周、1个月、3个月AC/A值,按患者年龄分为年轻组(≤30岁)和年长组(﹥30岁),按近视程度分为中低近视组(≤-6.00 D)和高度近视组(﹥-6.00 D),分别进行统计学比较和分析。结果不同屈光组手术前后各时期的AC/A差异有统计学意义( P﹤0.05)。不同年龄组手术前后各时期的AC/A差异有统计学意义( P﹤0.05)。不同屈光组及年龄组均表现为术后1周内AC/A较术前下降有统计学意义( P﹤0.05),术后3个月逐渐恢复术前水平有统计学意义( P﹤0.05),术后3个月高度近视组AC/A较术前提高有统计学意义( P﹤0.05)。结论 LASIK术后AC/A呈一过性的降低,然后逐渐恢复,与早期近距离工作视疲劳有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate AC/A ratio in myopia after laser in situ keratomileusis ( LASIK) .Methods Fifty-six myopia patients (112 eyes) who were treated by standard LASIK were enrolled in this study.Patients were di-vided into two groups:low to moderate myopia (≤-6.00 D) and high myopia >-6.00 D).According to the age, the patients also categorized into two groups:≤30 years and >30 years.AC/A ratio was measured before surgery and 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after surgery.Results The mean AC/A ratio decreased significantly in all myopia groups or age groups at 1 week (all P <0.05), and returned to preoperative level at 3 months ( P <0.05).Conclusion AC/A ratio decreases in the early weeks after LASIK and returned to pre-treatment level.It may be due to visual fatigue in these pa-tients early after LASIK.
