摘    要:目的探讨非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)患者支原体和沙眼衣原体(CT)的感染及支原体的耐药情况。方法用培养法对支原体(UU和Mh)进行分离鉴定和药敏试验,用单克隆抗体胶体金标法测沙眼衣原体。结果 573例标本中分离出解脲支原体(UU)267株(46.6%),人型支原体(Mh)58株(10.1%),沙眼衣原体(CT)100株(17.5%),支原体对常用药物有不同程度的耐药。结论解脲支原体(UU)是非淋菌性尿道炎的主要病原菌,支原体和衣原体可以引起混合感染,监测支原体的耐药性对指导合理用药有重要意义。
