| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非淋菌性尿道炎（NGU）患者支原体和沙眼衣原体（CT）的感染及支原体的耐药情况。方法用培养法对支原体（UU和Mh）进行分离鉴定和药敏试验,用单克隆抗体胶体金标法测沙眼衣原体。结果 573例标本中分离出解脲支原体（UU）267株（46.6%）,人型支原体（Mh）58株（10.1%）,沙眼衣原体（CT）100株（17.5%）,支原体对常用药物有不同程度的耐药。结论解脲支原体（UU）是非淋菌性尿道炎的主要病原菌,支原体和衣原体可以引起混合感染,监测支原体的耐药性对指导合理用药有重要意义。
