| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非洛地平对老年高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的治疗作用。方法选择老年高血压患者合并颈动脉粥样硬化斑块82例,随机分为非洛地平组(治疗组42例)和盐酸贝那普利组(对照组40例)。用高分辨超声技术检测2组对象的颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)。对2组分别在治疗3个月、9个月及15个月后复查血压和颈动脉IMT。结果2组间血压降低无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但非洛地平组在逆转颈动脉IMT方面优于盐酸贝那普利组(P<0.05)。结论非洛地平除具有良好的降压作用,还具有抗动脉粥样硬化、逆转斑块的作用。
